I’m Dan Dittrich, a Vancouver-based REALTOR® serving the Lower Mainland. Originally from Germany, I’ve called Vancouver home for more than two decades, which gives me both an international perspective and deep local context when advising clients.

I bring a pragmatic, data-driven approach to real estate—helping clients make well-timed decisions based on fundamentals, clear analysis, and what will actually matter five and ten years from now.

My background is in project management and consulting, centered on building business cases, feasibility studies, and investment planning. Combined with my education in business, economics, and technology which gives me a structured way to evaluate opportunities, weigh trade-offs, and execute a plan with confidence.

I live right where Grandview-Woodland meets Hastings Sunrise—two neighbourhoods I value for their livability and their strategic location with easy access to Downtown, Burnaby, and North Vancouver. I also lived 15 years in the West End, which shaped how I think about walkability, density, and the lifestyle side of city living.

I work with private investors, families, and small to mid-sized developers, specializing in condos, detached homes, and duplexes. For sellers, I focus on maximizing value through strategy—timing, Return-on-Investment-driven improvements, and positioning that attracts the right buyers. For buyers and investors, I cut through the noise with straightforward guidance and a clear view of risks, upside, and long-term potential.
